CAEL Instructor Training gives teachers a grounding in the format and structure of CAEL, classroom tips, and information about official preparation materials. This four-hour course is ideal for instructors who are interested in teaching a CAEL preparation course, tutoring individual students, or seeking more information about CAEL.

For individuals looking to offer CAEL Preparation, we offer recorded instructor training sessions each month:

Recorded Sessions

CAEL Instructor Training is presented as an online self-directed program comprised of several modules. This format allows participants to complete the training at a time that is convenient to them and at their own pace. It also includes comprehension quizzes and the opportunity to follow up with questions via email. Note: Instructors must register at least one week prior to the training to allow time for processing of applications.

Participants must fully complete the recorded training program within 10 days of the start date in order to be eligible for a certificate of completion and to receive a PDF Instructor Training Manual.

The CAEL Resource Pack for Teachers is comprised of lesson plans, classroom resources, and worksheets that can help prepare test takers for CAEL. These materials have been designed to be used with the free CAEL Sample Test.
