About Paragon Testing Enterprises

Paragon Testing Enterprises is a subsidiary of the University of British Columbia (UBC) that develops, delivers, and licenses in partnership with other organizations English proficiency tests, which includes CAEL CE and the Canadian English Language Proficiency Program (CELPIP).
